OSHA prolonge la date limite de la certification des grutiers
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recently announced the crane operator certification deadline has been postponed until November 10, 2017. During the three-year period, OSHA will address operator qualification requirements for the crane standards including the role of operator certification. The 2010 OSHA Cranes and Derricks in Construction Final Rule allowed crane operator qualification by one of the following methods:
1. Certification par un organisme de contrôle indépendant
2. Qualification par le programme indépendamment vérifié de l'employeur
3. Qualification par l'armée américaine; ou
4. Respect des exigences en matière d'état admissible ou de licences locales
With the new deadline extended for three years, OSHA issued a new compliance directive that covers enforcement of power-operated equipment mentioned in Subpart CC to help guide inspectors in the administration of the Cranes and Derricks in Construction Standard.
